This policy explains the small pieces of data Talk2UsNow stores in your browser. We keep this deliberately minimal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

1. What we store

• Sign-in session (business owners): when you log in, our authentication provider stores a secure token in your browser’s local storage so you don’t have to sign in on every visit. It is removed when you sign out.
• Anonymous device identifier (customers): when you leave feedback, we store a random identifier in your browser. It contains no personal information and is used only to prevent spam and abuse, never to profile or track you across other websites.
• One-visit marker: a short-lived entry that stops a single QR scan from being counted more than once in the same session.

2. What we do NOT do

• No advertising cookies.
• No third-party tracking or analytics profiles built from your browsing.
• No selling of any browser data.

3. Third parties

If you choose to post a public review, that happens on Google, which sets its own cookies under Google’s policies, outside our control.

4. Managing storage

You can clear this data any time from your browser settings. Clearing it simply signs you out (owners) or resets your anonymous device marker (customers); the service keeps working.
