How to find your Google review link
Option 1: From your Google Business Profile
- Sign in to the Google account that manages your business, then search for your business name on Google or open it in the Google Maps app.
- Tap Ask for reviews (on some screens it says Get more reviews).
- Copy the link. It usually looks like g.page/r/… and opens the review box directly.
Option 2: With your Place ID
- Open Google's free Place ID Finder.
- Type your business name and pick it from the list.
- Copy the Place ID (most start with ChIJ) and paste it into the tool above.
Where to put your Google review QR code
- At the counter or checkout, where every customer stops.
- On tables or in the bill folder, while people wait to pay.
- At reception in salons, clinics and gyms.
- On receipts, invoices and menus.
- In messages: send the review link by WhatsApp or email after a visit.
Tips so more customers actually scan it
- Ask out loud: "If you enjoyed your visit, a quick Google review really helps us."
- Print it big and clear, and test it with your own phone first.
- Use thick paper or an acrylic stand so it stays upright and looks premium.
- Ask every day, not once. A steady flow of fresh reviews builds the most trust.
Google's review rules: keep your reviews safe
- Ask every customer the same way. Don't ask only happy customers or screen people first. That is called review gating, and Google doesn't allow it.
- Never offer discounts, freebies or gifts in exchange for reviews.
- Don't write reviews yourself or ask staff and family to.

Frequently asked questions
Is this Google review QR code generator really free?
Yes. Make as many QR codes and stands as you like, with no sign-up. The QR code image has no branding. The printable stand has a small talk2usnow.com credit at the bottom.
Will my QR code ever stop working?
No. The QR code opens your Google review link directly, not a redirect we control, so it keeps working for as long as your Google listing exists.
What's the difference between a Google review link and a Google Maps link?
A Maps link opens your business listing, and customers still have to find the review button. A review link opens the review box straight away, so more people finish.
Can I make a review QR code without access to my Google Business Profile?
Yes, as long as your business shows up on Google Maps. Use the Place ID option: find your business in Google's free Place ID Finder, copy the ID and paste it here.
What size should I print it?
Pick the fold-up tent card to print at home on A4 or US Letter paper: cut, fold and stand it on the table. Or pick a 4 x 6 in or A6 card for a stand holder. If you print the QR code on its own, keep it at least 2 cm (1 inch) wide.
Is it allowed to ask for Google reviews with a QR code?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask for reviews and even gives you a link to share. Ask every customer the same way, and never offer discounts or gifts in exchange for a review.
